01 / Scope of work

Maintenance defined by the equipment

The activities below may form part of the programme. Specific tasks, intervals and materials are recorded in the agreement.

01

Planned inspections

Accessible distribution boards, cable sections and electrical accessories. Damage, signs of overheating, lighting condition and identification labels. Operations follow the site’s established work authorisation procedures.

02

Fault diagnostics

Investigation of loss of power and unstable circuit operation. Repeated protective device trips are assessed without bypassing their functions. Identification of any need for specialist measurements.

03

Remedial work

Agreed replacement of luminaires, switches, sockets and other components. Work on connections and accessible circuit sections. Checks before returning the section to service.

04

Work coordination

Responsible personnel, documentation and work authorisation requirements. Shutdown windows and equipment sensitive to power interruptions. Reporting linked to the component or zone serviced.

02 / Working process

From source information to a working plan

01

Establish the scope

Equipment, documentation, operating hours and access. A separate initial survey where necessary.

02

Agree the programme

Tasks, intervals, materials, shutdowns and responsibility boundaries.

03

Complete and document

Completed tasks, technical observations and next actions are reported to the person responsible for the facility.

What the client receives

A record of completed work, sections serviced and identified issues. Repair priorities and tasks requiring a separate programme or specialist contractor.

Agreed separately

Necessary shutdowns are agreed according to the operations involved. Electrical testing laboratory services, specialist test reports, upgrades and repairs are not included by default in the standard estimate.

03 / Practical questions

Before maintenance begins

Can you work in an operating office or bank?

Work arrangements are coordinated with the site’s operating requirements. If a shutdown is needed, its timing and the affected equipment are agreed in advance. Each operation is assessed with regard to safety and work authorisation.

Are laboratory measurements and test reports included?

No, not automatically. Where tests or specialist reports are needed, their scope, feasibility and provider are determined separately.

Can power supplies to air conditioning units and pumps be included?

Yes, within agreed boundaries. During diagnostics, we distinguish between faults in the supply circuit and faults in the unit itself to establish the repair scope and responsibilities.

ESTIMATE

First, establish the technical picture

If the system condition and scope are not yet clear, start with a survey. A basic audit, extended diagnostics and regular maintenance are separate programmes.

The calculator provides an estimate, not a fixed offer. Contract minimums and individual assessment requirements still apply.
